More pictures from Mother's Day

So my camera is getting repaired, and I feel so naked without it. I didn't want my VERY FEW readers to stray away so I decided to post some more pictures from Mother's Day. It's a slew of different kids as usual. Gosh I hope I'm not pigeonholing myself into doing children's photography. Don't forget folks, my ultimate goal is to be a wedding photography. hahaha

Mother's Day with the family

I decided to take advantage of the fact that our entire family was under one roof as we celebrated Mother's day. It was sad that my husbuns was not there with us but there is a spot left open for him in our family photo below and one day when I'm bored, I will photoshop him in. haha

Of course the day started with me taking photos of my favorite nephew Richie!!

I don't know why but I just liked this image. In case you're wondering, she is texting her beloved fiance, Pat.

There is a boy behind there somewhere
Oh buns, I wish you were here!

This photo was a challenge b/c her face and body was
completely underexposed and practically blackened out.

Seeing Double

So I got this idea from Punam and thought it was hilarious and just had to try it for myself. I literally took this picture in the 10 min. before I left for work, then got into the office and immediately went straight to Photoshopping. Next time I will try and be a little more creative but I wanted to do a quick test first to see if I could even do it. Mission Accomplished!!

A Random Mix of Things

I wanted to play around with some photos - some old, some new...I was in a very nostalgic mood. Well that and I haven't taken any pictures lately. Gosh I really should go to sleep now.

These first two were taken with my Point & Shoot and a 6" tripod.

Central Park in the winter time

Bailey before the sickness.
Now he has Lymphoma and we don't know how much longer he has to live. We are very sad. He's gotten so much bonier you can actually see the bone popping out of his head. Please pray for him. I at least am hoping that he will stick it through till Dave returns. They need to say their goodbyes.
I thought it would be nice to take a family photo with the In-Laws and Bailey.

A different shot of Richie and Jaden. I have so many of this one shot! Bored kids crack me up.Chloe in the new outfit I bought her. What a cutie!!

Happy 1 Year Anniversary!!

I haven't taken any pictures this weekend, BUT what better time to show off my wedding pictures than to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with the best husband in the world. Even all the way from Kuwait, he has managed to make this the most special day ever!! Among many sweet things that he has done for me, today I walked in my door to find this beautiful arrangement of flowers on my staircase. What makes this arrangement so special is that he had the floral designer recreate my wedding bouquet!!! I couldn't have asked for anything more!! Well, besides him being here. haha

Here's a picture of the arrangement:
(note: Normally I would not put such a horrible blur on my photo but the ugly background was such a disctraction.)

And now here's a picture of my wedding day bouquet:
Didn't he do such a great job????

Here some of my favorite shots from my most favorite wedding photographer on the east coast-
Punam Bean!!

And here are some of my favorites from DMDC PHOTOGRAPHY
