Meet this beautiful family!   This was definitely a fun shoot so I had a hard time trying not to overload this post with pictures.  I would post process every single one if I could, but I need to go back to being a mom and wife now.

When Lydia's mom warned me that Lydia probably would not sleep during the session, I didn't really believe her.  :)  Well, here she is wide awake for the entire 2+ hours she was there.  Luckily she has beautiful, big eyes so I didn't mind at all.

So now that I have more than enough photos of my kiddos for Christmas, it was time to do the family shots. I really wish all DSLRs came with a remote!!  Family photos in our house stretches across a few weekends b/c my kids and, more importantly, my husband, do not have the patience level needed to do a full hour shoot. LOL  Can you guess which one is going on the Christmas card?  ;)

Siblings...Hunter + River

River is 1 and Hunter will be 3 in two months. They are at the age now where they are starting little fights here and there and taking each other's toys away. If I leave them alone for too long, I will find River crying with a bucket over her head while Hunter is holding it down so that she can't take it off. But River is no saint either. She knows how to work it now where she tries to get her brother in trouble by screaming really loud and doing one of her fake cries. Very cute! It makes me smile.
